Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Cyber Soup website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Cyber Soup provides business consulting services including, but not limited to, strategy consulting, digital transformation, operational excellence, and financial advisory services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual engagement agreements.

As a client, you agree to:

  Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner

All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials developed by Cyber Soup remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business data. Our consultants are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Payment terms will be specified in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
